2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Moves: Delivery for local moves within the same city or nearby regions is typically completed within the same day or by the next business day, depending on the distance and the volume of goods.

  • Long-Distance Moves: For long-distance moves, delivery is completed within 5-7 business days after the scheduled pickup date. Delivery time may vary depending on distance, road conditions, and weather.

  • International Moves: The delivery timeframe for international moves varies based on customs clearance, shipping method, and destination country. Typical delivery time is 15-30 business days.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, our team will:

  • Confirm the safe receipt of all items.

  • Obtain the signature of the customer or an authorized representative as proof of delivery.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all goods, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

5. Unattended Deliveries
